Alejandro de Gutierre is a writer living in San Francisco. He is publishing his first work, a novelette entitled The Rat Tunnels of Isfahan. Part I of a trilogy, Rat Tunnels has been described by some of its early readers as “emotionally engaging,” a “strong” story with “great phrases/metaphors,” and full of “great detail; Super nail-biting.” Part II will be published later this year, and Part III in time for Christmas.

He is working on a novel in parallel, which we expect will be published when the author feels it is ready.

Alejandro was born and raised in Tacoma, WA, and obtained a BA in English from Salem, OR’s Willamette University after a brief flirtation with Chemistry and Theater (in that order).
